Bloober Team awarded with Creative Employer Award 2022

During Gamedev & Creative Careers Expo 2022, held in Warsaw Film School on 23-24 April, Bloober Team was awarded with the title of “Creative Employer Award 2022”. The award honours companies and institutions in the gaming industry that create a friendly working environment.

International Gamedev and Creative Careers Expo is dedicated to connecting employers and companies with potential employees, who are interested in building their career in the Gamedev, IT and related creative sectors. Each year, the event attracts people interested in gaming, who can participate in presentations and training courses on design, production, and marketing of video games.

This year Bloober Team, an independent development studio based in Krakow, became one of the two strategic partners of the event, together with the Warsaw Film School. The company’s representatives were there for anyone who wanted to come and talk about our work culture and open positions.

On the first day of the event, Bloober Team received the Creative Employer Award 2022 – the title given to companies from gamedev industry, which maintain high employment standards and care for life-work balance. The criteria taken into account included, among others, flexible working hours, possibility of remote work, access to modern tools, training, and development opportunities.

I am very happy that Bloober Team was awarded for something that is absolutely crucial for us – the relationship with our employees. It’s the foundation on which the company has been building its reputation for years. Undoubtedly, work is a big part of our lives, so the atmosphere, opportunities for continuous growth and open communication within the company give us the space to create a friendly working environment. We want our colleagues to be able to participate in cool projects that help them grow, but we also look for challenges and activities that we can enjoy together and get to know better. It is also worth mentioning how quickly we have adapted to the changes that came with the pandemic, helping our employees to fulfill their duties in the most convenient way. It is nice to see our constant growth - new specialists come to us every month, bringing their ideas and fresh perspectives.
